Why is Enlive becoming NexHealth?

NexHealth acquired Enlive in 2020 to provide our customers with a leading paperless forms solution. Since then, we’ve been hard at work building the Enlive functionality into the NexHealth Synchronizer™ to help offices save time on paperwork and manual data entry. Enlive built a great digital forms foundation, but the desktop software is outdated and will not be maintained past September 1, 2023. Now, NexHealth Forms can automate offices’ patient forms workflow from start to finish thanks to the Synchronizer.

When do I have to make the move to Enlive?

You’ll want to make the move before September 1, 2023. After that date, we will no longer support the Enlive software.

If I update the Enlive iPad App to NexHealth, does that mean i’ve moved successfully?

Not quite yet! You’ll want to meet with your Account Manager to install the NexHealth Synchronizer™ with your health record system. This will allow your office to take advantage of patient search, auto-syncing completed forms, and more.

How do I start the move?

You can get started in as little as one meeting with your Account Manager! Check out the steps above on steps to take and to schedule your first call via the booking link.

Who will help me make this transition?

Your NexHealth Account Manager is here to help you! You will be paired with a dedicated Account Manager who will guide you through each step of the transition process and make sure that your office is fully equipped with everything you need to be successful with NexHealth Forms.

What about my Forms & Packets?

Your custom patient paperwork will come with you to NexHealth. Patients won’t see much change on their end, and office staff will be able to send and automatically sync your current set of forms.

What do I get with NexHealth that I don’t already have with Enlive?

Increased staff efficiency and decreased busywork! With NexHealth Forms, you’ll be able to:

  • See patient information in a convenient dropdown when making a Form Request
  • Easily remind patients about outstanding Form Requests
  • Automatically sync completed paperwork directly to your health record system
  • Search for patients directly in the NexHealth app on your iPad without needing to access the patient file on your desktop computer
  • Automatically sync patient forms that are completed on an office iPad
  • Keep all your existing Forms & Packets
What happens if I don’t move to NexHealth?

You may lose access to your custom patient forms and will no longer be able to access goenlive.com or previous versions of the Enlive app. However, you will retain all of this functionality (and more) when you move to NexHealth.

I am paying for an annual Enlive plan - how will my pricing change?

We have discounted Forms plans available for Enlive customers who are switching to NexHealth. Your Account Manager will go through all your options!
